Oh my gosh!! I haven't been on here in a while and I have been eating horrible! I do not know why. I just seem to be out of control. I have been having late night cravings and of course those involve carbs and not the good ones. I am up up up.... so what I have decided for today is ......Exercise is key. I need to get on my treadmill everyday and walk. If I can do that I know I will be able to get the weight down. Not to mention the health benefits. SOOOOOO rather than beat myself up I am going to get on the treadmill and walk. Anybody can walk. I'm not going to do a ton just start off slow and take it one day at a time. As I do this I am going to get back on the no sugar program. I really notice a huge difference if I eat sugar. My shoes are tight. What the heck.

So to quote Whitesnake, "hear I go again on my own, going down the only road I've ever known" I'm getting off this highway and taking back my life!!!!!! who's with me???
