Day 2
Today I have been so busy I haven't noticed a lot of change other than the fact that I had a slight headache this morning. I think it was from lack of sleep. I had blood work done today and should know the results on Friday. I have had no sugar and am feeling fine. I even bought the kids icecream and had none. I just had a yummy sandwhich with wheat sandwhich thins, turkey, sprouts, bell pepper, cucumber and I spread a laughing cow cheese wedge instead of mayo. It was delicious.
I'm taking the kids to the pool and plan to do my walking there in the water. Last night I ate a baked potatoe with the skin on it. I didn't add anything and it was fine. The idea is to eat it 3 hours after dinner and right before bed. I'm up to chapter 5 in the book. It's talking about highs and lows of sugar and not eating on a regular basis. It all makes sense. I am curious about sugar substitutes like Stevia. It is a plant and very sweet. I will let you know what I find out.
Thank you to my followers and especially for the comments. It's nice to get online and know someone is reading my postings. I am hoping with the changes I'm making I will be able to get my weight down and teach myself to eat better. We all know that if we don't fix whats in our head nothing will change. We will lose the weight and gain it back and then some. I'm thinking baby steps this time. It probably won't be quick but hopefully permanent.
